Young Adults

One benefit of the COVID pandemic is a move towards greater acceptance of the idea that it is okay to not have all the answers and it is okay to ask for help. Most young adults spend ages 18-40 formulating their foundational adult relationships, making initial investments in their careers, and starting families. When individuals engage in these very important life events without a solid sense of self, healthy emotional coping, or a healthy ego they can suffer from ineffective/unfulfilling relationships, self-sabotage, and overall low life satisfaction.

The modern young adult is facing uncertainties not experienced in generations. They are afraid, uncertain, and feel alone in their pursuit of their own happiness, purpose, and fulfillment. Utilizing the skills role modeled to them (or lack thereof), they have been trying to fix these problems in secret for a long time without success. They feel unable to talk to friends, family, or colleagues out of fear of being judged. You are fully aware of just how hard it is to be human and desire a life that is not dictated by emotions, self judgement, or lackluster relationships.

At Renewed Foundation, Phil & Joe understand these challenges firsthand. You do not have to go about life’s challenges alone and we desire to walk alongside you as you navigate and make sense of your life experience. We hope to partner with young adults who are curious about change and are willing to explore. Through a collaborative relationship we seek to thoroughly understand our client’s experiences and utilize skills to enable our young adult clients to achieve growth that will not only change them but will positively influence their relationships for generations to follow.
