Currently, Phil is able to accept insurance from the following insurance carriers: United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Oscar Health, & Oxford. We are happy to answer any questions about service costs and can provide you with cost estimates whether you are interested in self-pay or utilizing your insurance benefits.
Both Phil and Joe are trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and specialize in helping teens and
adults manage overwhelming and distressing emotions. All of our clients are unique and come to us
with a range of presenting problems including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, poor relationships,
life transitions, and parenting problems among others.

We offer individual counseling services for teens and adults as well as group counseling services for teens ages
